Love this product! So much lighter and durable than cement.
Now that I have more practise using it, my creations have resulted in a nice silky pour free from bubbles more often than not. Experimenting with Jesmonite colors has broadened.

I am halfway through the bag and can’t get air bubbles out! I been doing this for so long and that’s the first time this happens to me! I think the quality is bad! Disappointed

These pigments mix incredibly well and the selection of colours are so much better than anything else I've seen in this quality. You don't need a lot, only a few drops for even larger works to produce great results. I use a different mixing tool than the one suggested but it still produces very smooth and consistent colour results.
My only wish is that there was a middle size between the sample pack and 200g. It's tough to invest in the variety of colours I'd like to at that price point at this time in my small business journey. But that has nothing to do with the quality which is top knotch!
Everything came as described. The colors are vibrant and d exactly what I was looking for.
Not totally happy with product. The container used for the hardener is not great. I lost about 8 ounces of the liquid just trying to open the product. So wasteful. The Jesmonite is too thick for detailed molds. Not sure if I will purchase again

Jesmonite can be used for exceptionally detialed moulds. If your mix is thicker than expected, please double check the proportions, ensure you are measuring the 2.5 : 1 powder to liquid ratio by weight, and not by volume. Some other factors that can impact the thickness are: ambient tempuerature and humidity (we recommend working in a space that is around 21C / 70F and humidity under 50%), air drafts, blending tools, blending time, time between blending and pouring, etc.

The pigment of the sample packs isnt mixing well into the jesmonite after using a mixing blade for over 1 minutes. Not sure if the pigment is expired. Had the worst customer service experience after first package went missing at ups and second package was held up by customs and was told that they would graciously cover the customs charge when there shouldnt even be a customs charge for orders under $800.

We're sorry that you feel the customer service you received was not adequate. We are truly surprised to hear this, as upon review, it looks like our team did absolutely everything we could. Your first shipment went missing through no fault of ours, we then re-sent it with express shipping. This shipment was, unfortunately randomly selected for additional customs inspection, again beyond our control. When the carrier erronously applied customs fees to the shipment, we reached out to advise you that we paid them for you so that it wouldn't be further delayed while the fees were argued as they shouldn't have been applied for an order under $800, but simply noted that customs fees are outside our control and are normally not something that would be covered.
We take customer service very seriously, and we tried to do everything we could to help through a series of unfortunate events with your shipment, all of which were not within our control. We apologize that our efforts were not well received, and we welcome any feedback on how you think we could have better supported you in this case.

We're so glad you're enjoying working with Jesmonite! A quick tip to keep in mind - Jesmonite Base is a natural gypsum mineral product, so the shade can vary from batch to batch and with moisture content. Jesmonite White Pigment can be used to create a consistent white colour as needed!

Jesmonite Retarder is a great solution for bigger batches or simply for more flowy less air bubbles mixture.
I absolutely love working with this! It's super convenient packing makes it easy to work with. Shipping time was absolutely top notch!
The material itself has always been great, but the packaging is 50/50. I’ve bought multiple times from Mad Mayker (and will continue to do so), but approximately 1/3 of all the liquids I receive have faulty spouts— I’m able to find alternate storage for the liquid once opened, but it’s definitely a nuisance.
Though this is a very rare occurrence, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your feedback. We've followed up with the spout manufacturer for our current batches, and we'll be making further packaging adjustments in the coming months to provide even more flexibility to our maykers!
